Refunds can be processed by first filling out our return slip that is provided in your order package. Once the form is filled out send our customer service an email at email@example.com explaining the return and also providing your order number.
We will then provide you with a return address to send the product back (domestic orders only). Once the product is inspected and cleared, your money will be refunded back into the account that you paid with within three-four business days.
For international orders, we will provide you with a shipping address for the return of the product(s). Once the product(s) are inspected and cleared, your money will be refunded back into the account that you paid with within three-four business days.
The customer will have 7 DAYS to contact our customer service email
(firstname.lastname@example.org) from the day of delivery of the order to receive a full refund. If customer fails to do so within the 7 day time period a full refund or no refund will be permitted.
A shipping label will be provided for any order that is being returned due to a product being damaged on delivery or if the customer receives the wrong product.
Domestic: Orders within the United States will typically take up to 3-5 business days to arrive at your preferred destination.
International: International orders (everything outside of the United States) can take up from 1-2 weeks depending on the distance that the order must travel to.
Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if you decide to input your phone number at the check out. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.
For orders within the United States, we will provide the customer with a return slip and return label to process the exchange of a product. If the product needs to be exchanged multiple times, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our office.
International customers that need an exchange would need to send the product back to us, please read the return process paragraph, the steps will be the same steps to receive and exchange through our store.
ITEMS PURCHASED THAT ARE ON SALE
Any item that is purchased through a sale is a final sale. No exceptions. The only option we can offer is store credit, no refund will be allowed.
